Note: Character gender swapped

The original character was in fact a male with blazing blue hair. The portrayal of the character was meant to be androgynous, and then my friends thought she was a he!

Well, she is meant to be a male, but still...

Anyway, this was included in one of my stories which I'm still thinking of putting here in deviantArt. It's kind of an urban fantasy of some sort...
I'm still trying to understand photoshop...so I'm not sure about the colour...
